LOST

LOST, named for the lost wax casting process, explores the brevity of artifacts and the inevitably of lost through the symbolism of withering in flowers, and the passing of the water. 

With its ambiguous function, it proposes the question of design and use. The container was designed to “lose” objects, instead of hold objects. Adding new shape and dimensionality to a traditional technique, LOST is in perpetual dialogue with the history of its process.
